Put eggs in pot and fill pot with enough water to cover eggs. bring pot of water to a boil, turn heat off, remove pot, cover, and let sit until water is cool enough to stick a finger in comfortbaly, about 15-20 minutes.
Easy way to peel is to gentle crack shell, roll egg arounf until shell is thouroughly broken into tiny pieces. shell should come of quickly.
