I couldn't believe he did this

       He purchased for gift cards and the verses in the cards were from an unauthorized version so instead of writing an authorized verse in place on the one on the card he changed the version.  I mean like he is giving cards to preachers wives and thought if he changed where the verse came from they wouldn't know it was wrong.   If it wasn't so pathetic I'd be upset.
