a manager at one of its (Walmart) Florida stores calls kids' chorus a 'liability' and prevents them from singing 'God Bless America' on 9/11. Then the police are called.
The corporate office extended an apology but to me that's like trying to return the money you just robbed from the bank. No matter how sorry you are, a crime is a crime and can't be uncommitted.
How do people like this manager get put in charge of anything?
