customer service

I seldom eat at a fast food place and rarer still at a Mickey D's but there are always exceptions to the rule and variants from the norm. I stopped in the one at Friendly Center (I haven't been there since installment 37 of Black and White by Jerry Bledsoe) and was pleased at how quiet the workers were, how friendly, and efficient.

Posted near where I stood waiting for my order was the picture of the General Manager: she was young and pretty. Save for her and one young man, everyone else working there was latino.

Maybe that explains the improvement in customer service.
