Prime example of not taking responsibilty

"The actress' publicist, Jill Fritzo, said Chenoweth was hit in the head by scaffolding and taken to the hospital by ambulance. "

The way this sentence is worded would lead one to believe the scaffold was the aggressor in this incident.  Nothing in the article even hints at the scaffolding falling or in other wise being the cause of the incident.  Most likely the actress walked into the scaffolding and therefore the sentence should read the actress hit her head on the scaffolding.  But that would leave the actress with at least some responsibility for getting hurt and we know in this day and age that just can't be.
